In this article I’ll talk about our two cases. In the first case, we make a business approach where we provide the Scrum Master certification and create the training process, so the most important part, which is not only a very basic foundation, is implemented for others, but also for ourselves. In the second case, we go around Scrum-Master certification. (In this description, we will explain more clearly how this thing works and how it has to work.) Let’s start by talking about a personal request. Here are my questions. 1. How do I pay for my training when I’m not a senior working colleague? 2. How can I earn salary now? and how will the salary vary when a colleague is hired?
