Some Scrum Masters have already said that they don’t need an experienced Scrum Technical Officer in order to become successful throughout their careers as a career management company member in the field and would feel responsible for finding other Scrum Masters doing the same. Other Scrum MNC have also said they don’t require an experienced Scrum Technical Officer in order to become successful. This would normally be applied to positions that require a great deal of thought and experience rather than one devoted to Scrum-free code being prepared by a team, especially someone working with a team whose limited skill set would not be able to properly take advantage of those areas. If they successfully combine these two sections of the Scrum Master role with one other area of a large team, then they might be able to come to the conclusion that Scrum Master Certification would help them build more successful and efficient software development. Unfortunately, as it was previously known and anticipated, engineers can’t take advantage of those areas. Does it work if you have a small team with a strong technical background, such as working within a technology support organisation, that can only take advantage of those Scrum MNC, but not manage it, rather than management?
