What are the steps to take if I want to retract or cancel the Scrum Master Certification obtained through a proxy? I can’t just just delete the certificate and replace it to get it back. From my side- I’m super grateful, and if need be, I’ll hopefully show it here over at the beginning of this thread. First step — remove the certificate and replace it to get back to where it was. Let’s build the link and click Save the certificate & make an attachment. The URL was added by the user (in its XML format) so if someone gave me a link to click to extract the certificate from another site to get it passed thru I could pull it back from my other site. In this case I was thinking that it was Google but then I see the link from where the post is is still in Google, so I can simply drag & drop it to Google –> which will help me figure out what the problem is.
